Software Distribution

OEMs (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and and other distributors that combine and distribute commercially licensed software with ThingSpeak and do not wish to distribute the source code for the commercially licensed software under version 3 of the GNU General Public License (the "GPL") must enter into a commercial license agreement with ioBridge, Inc.

HighCharts [Software] by Highslide Software / Torstein Hønsi [Licensor] is licensed by ioBridge, Inc. [Licensee] and all rights are reserved by the Licensor. The license type is OEM which allows the Licensee to modify the Software and distribute the Software with ThingSpeak. See <http://www.highcharts.com/license> for more information. |
