* fixes for beta
- hide blocks without function
- digital Pin selection bring P0 in first position
- add compass block to end confusion about "basic.showArrow(ArrowNames.North)"
- add approved repos

- disable webUSB
- disable parts
- remove mobileSafariDownloadProtocol
- update socialOptions
* remove `preferredPackages` from `pxtarget`

* bump V3

* add Loudness Block
* revoke loudness block
* Adds soundLevel
To be replaced by pxt-common-packages when DAL is updated.
* Remove P0 & P3 from AnalogPin
* Fix Sound and replace AnalogPin.P0
