# Beat

## Parameters

* ``BeatFraction`` means fraction of a beat (BeatFraction.Whole, BeatFraction.Sixteenth etc)
|
|
|
|
## Returns
|
|
|
|
* a [number](/types/number) that means the amount of milli-seconds a beat fraction represents.
|
|
|
|
|
|
